Officials say families whose child was killed, severely injured, or disabled can get a certificate to have another child.

The education ministry says it will continue to investigate whether flawed school construction was the main cause of the massive classroom collapses.

Parents of children who were injured or killed continued their protests yesterday and met with higher officials who say they will investigate as well.
