American Axle Chairman Awarded Bonus
Comments 0 | Recommend 0American Axle's Chairman and CEO, Richard Dauch has been awarded an $8.5 million bonus for leading the auto parts supplier through a bitter strike.
More than 3,000 United Auto Workers Union members at American Axle's original facilities in Michigan and New York went on strike in February for almost three months, but later ratified a contract with deep concessions.
Dauch will receive this in addition to his earlier reported 2007 compensation of $5.5 million.
